SWCD staff are available for workshops, seminars, and training for you and your staff. We can offer workshops at your school/site as part of your in-service trainings or we will offer workshops at a specific location during the summer. Teacher workshops are offered throughout the year for many of the curriculums listed below and much more!

"Get Going - Get Out - Go Teach" Teacher Workshop
Help your students get their hands on nature! Motivate, inspire, and create young scientists. Join us as we explore activities from Project Learning Tree and Project WILD that can be used inside and outside the classroom or with whatever space you have available! Participants will also hear from experts in the field on getting your own school learning lab started, gain hands on experience with water sampling and data collection, and so much more!
NOTE: If you would like to be eligible for Grad Credit you must be signed up for one of the workshops by June 15th, 2024. Upon registering for the workshop, details will be sent on signing up for credit*** Two dates/locations to choose from:
1 hour of Grad Credit is available through The University of Findlay at a rate of $160/credit hour. |
